Years of buying houses, with honesty as the rule.
Where it started
We started out as real estate agents and brokers. We left that behind when we realized real estate was much bigger than the limits we were working within. We are no longer agents; today we invest and buy directly.
Going out on our own
We started Restart Homes with one rule: do business honestly, and treat every house like our own purchase.

Across our team, hundreds of houses bought and sold, and the investor relationships to show for it.
Today
From our Easley office we acquire houses, land and more across the Upstate, plus select areas of NC, GA and FL.

Why We Love the Upstate
We were here when the Upstate was trees, cows and empty back roads. We still think it's the most beautiful place to call home: mountains on one side, lakes on the other, and small towns full of people who still wave from the porch.
